Candace + Brandon
On a warm summer day in August, happy tears were had all around for Candace and Brandon’s beautifully intimate wedding.
The vibe of the day was so relaxed mixed with all those happy emotions. Candace and her gals got ready inside the Couple’s Cabin, while Brandon and his family got ready at home before heading over to Iris Aisle. After she got into her dress, we picked some fresh flowers for her bouquet out of the garden. (Please be respectful of our naturally beautiful grounds, and ask us for permission first before picking any flowers yourself).
Before we knew it, the Conservatory was filled with guests and it was time to start the ceremony. The bright, natural light and simple beauty of the plants all around looked absolutely stunning, making a perfect backdrop for a sweet and emotional ceremony.
After the ceremony, Candace & Brandon joined me for couple’s photos around the venue property while their guests enjoyed exploring the grounds and grabbing a drink during cocktail hour. The sun started to set, wrapping the entire Conservatory and grounds in a warm, glowing aura as guests began giving their toasts. When the sun set deeper, the twinkling lights soon became the perfect ambiance.
I’ll never forget the speeches on this day. Candace’s best friend couldn’t attend the wedding in person, so she phoned in to give her speech, and as I looked around, EVERYONE was in tears over the beautiful friendship they shared.
To end the night, Candace and Brandon shared their first dance under the canopy of twinkling lights with their guests looking on. Afterward, we all ventured over to the fire pit where instruments appeared and singing was heard all around.
Candace and Brandon’s wedding was truly a night to remember.
