Rental Rules & Important Information:

Available dates: Due to our busy wedding schedule, only weekdays & Sundays are available for photo session rentals.

Non-refundable bookings & rescheduling: Your booking fee is non-refundable but is transferrable to another date. Our schedule has limited availability but we are more than happy to reschedule your rental if needed, we know things happen!

Rental Timeframe: Your rental timeframe is exact and is listed on your contract. We have other clients renting the venue before and/or after you. You and your clients need to arrive and depart, as well as set up and clean up on time. Setup and cleanup must be done within your rental timeframe. You may not arrive early or stay late for setup or cleanup. Please respect our other clients and do not explore the grounds or Conservatory until your rental period begins. You may arrive up to 15 minutes early if you remain in the parking lot until your rental timeframe begins.

Location: Iris Aisle is located on the same property as our private residence. Please respect our space and privacy, our home is fenced off and not part of your rental! We will provide the street address, parking information, and all the important details you need for your reservation via email once you’ve booked your rental with us. After inquiring, be sure to check your spam folder for our reply.

Parking: Upon arriving, follow the Iris Aisle sign to the right and drive into our parking area. The parking lot holds approximately 35 cars. Do not block the driveway. Do not drive any vehicle anywhere beyond the parking area.

Restrooms & changing rooms: You are welcome to use the bathroom in the Conservatory as a restroom and changing room for your rental reservation.

Access: Includes use of Conservatory and grounds. Couples Cabin & Lotus Bell Tent are not included in this rental. Access to our Couples Cabin and Lotus Bell Tent may be added onto your reservation for an additional fee. Please email us to check availability.

Ceremonies: This rental CANNOT be used for ceremonies of any kind including but not limited to elopements, weddings, vow renewals, exchanging vows, etc. Bridal portrait sessions (where a single photographer is photographing a couple in wedding attire, with no officiant, no vows, and no guests at all!) are permitted!

Mini Sessions: You are welcome to book a photo rental for mini sessions! Any additional styling or setup must be approved prior by Iris Aisle staff prior to your rental date. Our large tropical plants are in the Conservatory year round, and sometimes our hemp plants, too. These may NOT be moved. We are happy to move them to a specific area of the Conservatory if you request in advance, but we do not allow you to move them yourself.

Styled shoots: At this time, we only allow single-photographer rentals. If you’re interested in booking a rental for a styled shoot, workshop, content day, retreat, etc. with ticket sales and multiple photographers present, please inquire with us and provide as many details as possible about what you’re looking for.

Liability insurance: A professional photographer must book the session and provide proof of liability insurance prior to rental date. Photographer will be responsible for any damages made to Iris Aisle and its grounds, flower beds, structures, trees, etc. during your reservation. Open flames are not allowed. Please do not cut or pick any of our flowers without prior permission from Raelyn, and keep children out of our flower beds/pots. Do not move or touch our large tropical plants in the Conservatory - they are fragile! We are happy to rearrange them for your session if you ask in advance. Dispose of all trash in provided trash bins, and take anything else you brought with you when you leave. Photographers agree to not hold Iris Aisle and/or Raelyn and Earl Ramey liable for any injuries sustained to any person in attendance during photography rental reservations. Photographers, their clients, and all guests invited to attend the rental reservation step onto Iris Aisle property at their own risk.
