The Couple’s Cabin
Snuggled in our woods, you’ll find the Couple’s Cabin.
A welcoming porch awaits; perfect for relaxing in the rocking chair while you listen to nature around you. Inside, a vintage fridge + freezer is yours to fill, and we have plenty of tea and coffee for you to enjoy. Warm up the kettle while relaxing on our stunning green velvet couch.
Need a getting ready spot on your wedding day? No worries. We have a vanity located next to convenient outlets, and mirrors. The natural light offered inside the cabin will have your hair and makeup artists loving this space.
When it’s all said done and the embers in the fire pit are dying down, crawl into the oversized loft bed for a cozy overnight stay that makes it feel just like you’re sleeping in a treehouse. Whether you have a summer or winter wedding, the cabin is equipped with both heat and air conditioning to keep you comfortable.
Wonderful place with wonderful hosts. Will be coming back in the future
This cute little cabin was exactly what we needed for our small getaway, cozy, warm, and a great place to disconnect. The host were extremely accommodating and super speedy at responding if we needed anything. We will definitely be back ♥️
Cute place and beautiful garden. We cannot recommend this place enough for a fun weekend getaway. We will definitely be back!
A great place to visit and stay. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and inviting. It was very peaceful and tranquil out there, such a healing experience. The perfect place to spend My Anniversary.
This place was perfect for a romantic getaway! Very cozy and whimsical. The hosts were helpfully available, but we also appreciated the privacy they offered. Winterset was very cute, and we loved coming back to our restful cabin after activities. Would highly recommend for a glamping experience! We will be back :)
Whimsical is the perfect way to describe the cabin & property — we greatly enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful and serene + its proximity to adventure and the town of Winterset was ideal. Raelyn and Earl are accommodating and seem like great humans living a picturesque farm life.
Highly recommend and would return.
This is a very special place. The heart and soul in constructing this place not only physically but aesthetically, is evident. I had fun going into Winterset. I loved the Iron Shed and the Madison County Mercantile. The gas grill worked great and I loved hanging on the awesome porch.
The construction of the conservatory itself is mind-boggling. Every day I walked into that place, I was just amazed! They built it by hand!
Amazing humans and beautiful place.
The cabin was a peaceful place to get away for a couple days. The AC unit kept the cabin cool during pretty intense summer heat, though I liked to turn it off in the early mornings to open the windows and listen to the birds sing. I highly recommend dozing in the hammock under the shade of the trees.
